How the Export Process Works
Step 1 — Sample Request
Submit a sample request via our website or email. We'll send 200–500g of your chosen lot(s) via international courier with a full lot data sheet. A sample fee covers shipping costs — this is credited in full toward your first commercial order.
Step 2 — Offer & Agreement
Once you've evaluated the sample, contact us to discuss volume, timing, and pricing. We issue a formal offer letter with FOB price, lot details, packaging specs, and estimated availability. Payment terms are agreed at this stage.
Step 3 — Documentation
Prior to shipment we prepare all required export documents: Phytosanitary Certificate (Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture), Certificate of Origin, and Health Certificate — all issued in English and formatted to meet import requirements in the EU, US, Japan, and Australia.
Step 4 — Shipment
Coffee ships FOB from Semarang (preferred) or Surabaya port depending on lot size and vessel schedules. We work with established freight forwarders and can assist with connecting you to a forwarder at destination if needed.
Step 5 — After Shipment
You receive all shipping documents via email: Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and all certificates. We remain available for post-shipment questions and are happy to discuss upcoming lots or next-harvest availability.
Packaging Standards
All green coffee is packaged in GrainPro hermetic inner bags inside 60 kg jute sacks — the industry standard for green coffee export. GrainPro significantly reduces moisture transfer, oxidation, and taints during ocean freight, ensuring your coffee arrives in the same condition it left our facility.
